Terms and Conditions for EasyGB

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the EasyGB mobile application (the "App"), provided by Tunde Alao ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using EasyGB, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About EasyGB

EasyGB helps you free up storage space on your device by:

• Finding similar or duplicate photos and videos
• Compressing large videos
• Providing other storage-management tools

Some features — including duplicate cleaning and video compression — require an active paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use EasyGB. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Permissions Required

To function, EasyGB requires access to your device's photo library. You may grant or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. If permission is revoked, core features of the App may not work.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Features

Access to Duplicate Cleaning, Video Compression, and any other features marked as premium requires an active subscription ("Subscription").

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system, in accordance with the payment method associated with your Apple ID.
• Prices are displayed in the App prior to purchase and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.3 Managing and Canceling

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store account settings. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support or use the App Store's refund request process.

4.5 Free Trials (if offered)

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use automated means to access the App outside of its intended interface
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any subscription or payment mechanism

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, features, and underlying code, is owned by Tunde Alao and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You retain full ownership of your own photos, videos, and content. We do not claim any ownership rights over the media stored on your device.

7. Deletion and Compression of Your Media

EasyGB may permanently delete duplicate/similar photos and videos, or compress video files, based on your explicit actions within the App. You are solely responsible for reviewing selections before confirming any deletion or compression. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of important media. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from actions you take within the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any duplicate-detection or compression results will be perfectly accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tunde Alao shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of photos or videos, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer protection rights available to you under EU law.

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses PostHog for analytics purposes and Apple's In-App Purchase system for subscription billing. Your use of these integrated services is also subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4.

12. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Tunde Alao is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

Because EasyGB is distributed via the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Tunde Alao only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
